A video of her practice session was shared on social media, where Biles is seen brushing her maneuvers. In the very same video, a reporter was seen asking Biles’ coach about her decision to return to gymnastics, and she puts all the rumors to rest regarding her health issues.

This video was posted by The Olympics Games on their X handle with the caption, “Seven-time Olympic medallist Simone Biles showed the world she’s ready for her return today during practice at the U.S. Classic in Chicago.” In this video, Biles is seen practicing on the beam while reporters are asking questions to her coach, Cecile Landi, about her return. Replying to the question, Landi said, “We wouldn’t be here if we had seen any hesitation. It’s her will to be here; we supported her.”

She also revealed that as long as Biles is fit and ready to go, they are going to continue. Responding to a question asked about when Biles told her staff that she’s returning to training, to which she replied that Biles confessed this while they were having dinner once. While she was talking, the tid-bits of practicing in the background were seen. She can be seen making her way to the balance beam and doing what she does best. At the end of the video, she shifted to the floor and nailed a high-flying corkscrew. Biles will be performing on on Saturday and her practice session is building all the hype in the world.

She will be competing after the Tokyo Olympics in 2020, and she is looking forward to make the most of it. She also revealed on her Instagram that bars have been the most difficult event for her after her distance from the sport; this time it is about twisting. But she also revealed that she is fine, and that everything is good. Biles has started her training on uneven bars and is testing her maneuvers before the big event.
