Jordan Chiles faced the horrors of the 2021 Tokyo Games once again at the U.S. National Championships. Just like during the Olympics, Chiles fell down from the beam in mid-routine. Jordan Chiles? social media posts express her fun-loving and adorable personality. Every time she posts a picture or a video, her 493K Instagram followers shower her with love. Now, she has resurfaced once again on the platform and delighted everyone by showing her forgetful nature. The UCLA gymnastics star uploaded a video to her Instagram story where she was rummaging through a cupboard looking for something while the caption at the top said, ?I NEED A PERSONAL SHOPPER?.

From the all-caps used, it was evident that it was a matter of urgency for her. She even grunted a deep ?urggh? in the background. The caption below revealed that Chiles was searching for razors. The video continued as the gymnast opened and shut many more drawers, looking for the instruments. The suspense was building as she was getting increasingly frustrated during the search.

Ultimately, she found what she needed on the bottom shelf of the cupboard. It was a razor from Dollar Shave Club, accompanied by the company’s shave butter, and a prep scrub. Jordan Chiles revealed that she uses the 6-blade razor from the brand and that the prep scrub makes her leg happy. She elicited laughs and giggles with her humorous captions, like the one that appeared while she shaved her legs, saying, “BYE-BYE CACTUS”. She ended the sponsorship video with a happy dance and a caption saying, “DOLLAR SHAVE CLUB FOR THE WIN”. The company has an army of celebrity promoters like Jordan Chiles, who are ready to endorse the $1 billion brand for free.

Dollar Shave Club?s USP

Dollar Shave Club’s co-founder Michael Dubin explained the origin story of the company in a humor-filled video. He said that he wanted to find a cheap solution to buying new razors every month. Most people, like the 22-year-old gymnast, forget to buy the razor until the last moment and need to endure the struggle of going to the store to buy one. He wanted to end this struggle and created DSC, which would send a razor to the customer’s doorsteps every month for the mere investment of $1.
