With plans to cheer on Jonathan during his game, she exclaimed, “I’m going to go to the game; I’m going to see them, and then they’ll come to the show in the afternoon.” Her enthusiasm radiated as she added, “I am really excited!” But now as the tour’s finale approaches, it looks like she’ll have to miss some of her husband’s games.

In a recent chat with Click on Detroit, a reporter asked, “Could Simone be taking another stop to Detroit for the Lions Bears matchup on November 28th to root for her hubby who plays for the Bears?” Always honest, Simone replied, “We’ll have to see since it is Thanksgiving. Usually some of the wives we stay home because they get on a flight right after that game.”

This really highlights the juggling act NFL wives often face. She added, “We’re (NFL wives) usually back home waiting for them because if not, we don’t know when we’ll be able to get home and spend that holiday with them” While the idea of cheering for her husband is super tempting, Simone knows that family time during the holidays is what really matters.
Jonathan Owens is gearing up to take on the Lions in Detroit on November 28, and while Simone Biles may not be in the stands cheering him on, you can bet she’ll be supporting her husband from afar. She’s done it before, after all!

You heard it right! Just a few weeks ago, the epic love story of Simone Biles and Jonathan Owens unfolded, showing how distance doesn’t stand a chance against true love. After absolutely crushing it at the Paris 2024 Olympics, Simone found herself 3,945 miles away from her husband, who was back in Chicago. While she was gearing up for the exciting Gold Over America Tour in London with a group of top gymnasts, Jonathan was focused on his game with the Chicago Bears, showing that both of them were excelling in their worlds of gymnastics and football.

On September 8, in a thrilling game, the Bears were down 17-3 early in the third quarter against the Titans, but momentum shifted fast. Daniel Hardy blocked a punt, and Jonathan Owens seized the loose ball, sprinting 21 yards for a touchdown that electrified the crowd at Soldier Field. This play closed the gap to 17-10, reigniting the Bears’ energy and setting the stage for an exhilarating comeback that ended in a 24-17 victory! Meanwhile, Simone was cheering him on from afar, sending her love and support across the miles.
Jonathan celebrated the Bears’ exciting first win of the season on Instagram, showcasing his interception return for a touchdown with an excited caption: “Starting the season off with a bang‼️ BEARS WIN 🔥 #36for6.” And even though Simone couldn’t make it to the game, she was right there in spirit, jumping into the comments to show her love, saying, “my mans my mans my mans,” followed by a pumped-up “LET’S FKKKNNNNN GO BABY💋💋💋.” Talk about spreading the love, even from far away!
