Standing at 4 feet 8 inches or 142 cm tall, Biles is indeed much smaller than the average population. Further, she weighs around 47 kg or 103 pounds. So, is it surprising when she tweeted, “IM SICK & TIRED OF NOTHING FITTING……… please send me petite stores to shop at”?

It turns out that the gymnastics GOAT is experiencing a lot of trouble finding good garments of her size. According to a report from the ‘National Center for Health Statistics’ (2021), the weight of average women in the U.S. over the age of 20 was 170.8 pounds.

Now being petite has never been a hindrance in her career. If anything, it has led her to win 23 world championship gold medals. But the apparel stores don’t seem to be making clothes to fit her size. This situation stands in complete contrast to the trendy and fitting designs she sports whenever she goes out to compete.
