The federation shared a list of names and announced, “The following athletes have registered to compete at the 2024 Core Hydration Classic in Hartford, Connecticut!” Joining Biles in the senior division are a host of other elite athletes, each with their own aspirations and dreams of gymnastic glory.

From the dynamic Jade Carey to the tenacious Jordan Chiles, Kayla DiCello, Suni Lee, and others, the field is stacked with talent, promising fierce competition and unforgettable moments. Yet, amidst the excitement and anticipation, there’s a notable absence that hasn’t gone unnoticed. Gabby Douglas, the trailblazing athlete who made history as the first African-American gymnast to win the Olympic all-around title, is conspicuously missing from the lineup once again.
