With over 90 student-athletes converging for an empowering winter dam-able event, it proved that the sport of gymnastics knows no boundaries. In the midst of the NCAA gymnastics season, the Beavers delivered a spectacular performance on Senior Night, showcasing their prowess with an impressive haul of ’31 Event Titles.’ This achievement not only highlights the team’s dedication and talent but also sets a high standard for their competitors. 

Oregon State University, which owns Beaver Gymnastics, recently posted on a social media platform a video of young talents tapering the art of excellence in the guidance of the already well-renowned athletes. A look at the long-list of achievements

The Oregon state gymnastics team grabbed a total of 31 Event Titles in this season and posted a recap of performances captioning, 1⃣ team. 🔟 meets. 3⃣1⃣ event titles. So many standout performances this year 🔥.” Among these, Jade Carey has won six titles on bars, three on beam, three on floor, two all-around and one vault. Taylor DeVries, another team member, has won two titles on bars.

Sophia Esposito grabbed three titles on vault and two titles on floor. Kaitlin Garcia won a title on the floor, while Sage Thompson won two on bars. Ellie Weaver won both on beam and floor. Ariana Young won two titles on the beam and one on the floor. Among the team, Jade Carey topped the list with the most titles, with a total of 15.

The Oregon State University has a streak of consecutive event title victories, stretching across three previous seasons. The gymnasts grabbed the titles in 13-consecutive rotations. The team is performing at every event with all of its potential, and the results say that too. 

Oregon state gymnastics past glorifying seasons

With Oregon State University defeating Washington this Friday, they set up another record of having the third-consecutive 10-win season. The team has been dominating the sport for a long time, and seems to get just stronger with every season. In 2023, Oregon State won the Pac-12 season title for the second-consecutive year. The Beavers have won half of such titles that have been awarded. This was the fourth season a regular season champion was awarded, ever since it started in 2020.

Now that Oregon State has started off strong, the eyes would be on the next event, the 2024 Pac-12 Championships. It will be held on March 23rd, in West Valley City, Utah. As they continue to inspire and captivate audiences with their stellar performances, the future looks incredibly bright for Oregon State Gymnastics.
