She is also a famous social media personality with a following of 13 million on TikTok and Instagram. at just this young age she has achieved every bit of success and is also the highest valued college athlete. She is even being touted as an American crush, as she is the perfect combo of beauty with brains. However, recently, she gave a peek into her personal life through her Snapchat story, revealing her romantic side that melted everyone’s heart. This story of hers made everyone gush at the two lovebirds having been struck by Cupid’s arrow.

From sushi hints to a record-breaking love story

Olivia Dunne is rumoured to be dating MLB player Paul Skenes, who recently inked a record-breaking baseball deal. The confirmation of their romance in August 2023 left many of Livvy’s admirers disappointed. Speculation initially started when Livvy was spotted sporting Skenes’ jersey during the College World Series in June 2023. Recently, she shared a story on Snapchat featuring an image on a white plate with sushi all around and sauce in between. The caption read, “Date night.”

However, it’s worth noting that six months ago on a podcast when she was asked, “A date you would like to take a girl on or whatever.” She replied, “The best date I could think of is, okay, the best food is sushi. I love sushi. Beach sushi is probably the best date, like…” The podcaster then responded, “Like two different things, there’s sushi on the beach.” She replied, “Sushi on the beach.” However, she is following her dream with the dream man. But success comes with a cost.

A year back, Livvy Dunne reveals the challenges her fame has brought. Due to safety concerns arising from her social media popularity, she’s had to give up attending in-person university classes. ?There were some scares in the past, and I just want to be as careful as possible. I don?t want people to know my daily schedule and where I am,” she tells?Elle. It can be an invasive and intrusive experience for Dunne. Disturbing incidents at gymnastics meets, like one where a group of unruly male fans harassed fellow athletes, have made her prioritize her privacy and security.

Despite these challenges and many more which she faced earlier, she is focused on empowering female athletes and has even established a fund at LSU to support endorsement opportunities. ?It?s not a girl?s responsibility how a man looks at her or how he acts, especially when you?re doing your sport and that?s your uniform. I can?t help the way I look, and I?m going to post what I feel comfortable with,? Olivia tells Elle. ?It?s hard to handle at times, definitely, because I am just a 20-year-old student. I think people do forget that.? However, apart from all this, she is a woman to be proud.
