Owens captioned his Instagram post, “The good and the bad! Just another day at the office, all that matter is you get better everyday!!”? Currently, the free agent who plays as a safety for the Houston Texans, Owens showed his tremendous energy on the football field. Displaying his exceptional reflexes and balance, Owens wowed thousands of fans with his dedicated practice session.

Dressed in a white shirt and black pants, Jonathan Owens ran with a lightning speed on the football field. Watching the football with eagle eyes, Owens caught the ball thrown towards him. Though Owens missed the ball once, he didn’t give up and once again attempted to catch the ball. Paying heed to his coach who kept saying, “Go! Fight!” the football safety quarterback ensured that his momentum didn’t reduce on the field. Changing his direction continuously, the 27-year-old focused on the ball and tried to coordinate effectively with the player passing him the football.

This is not the only time Owens has shared his practice sessions with fans. Earlier, the NFL star shared a practice session with two esteemed football players who had also played in the NFL.

Jonathan Owens’s highly energetic session with two NFL greats
In an Instagram post uploaded on 23rd March, Owens displayed his marvelous training session with Jalil Johnson and Antonio Cromartie. While Cromartie played as a cornerback, Johnson played as a defensive back in the NFL. Interestingly, Johnson had also signed up for the Houston Texans. This post once again captured Owen’s nimbleness on the football field.
Owens captioned this post, “Slow feet don’t eat !!”? The short video clip displayed Owens catching the football thrown and then moving with full steam ahead on the field. Loving his tremendous commitment to football, fans praised Owens’s prowess. A surprised fan even commented, “Speeed might have to be a 96 bro.”
