Biles wrote in the caption of her picture, “But first, tequila,” accompanied by a disco ball, a white heart, and clinking glasses emojis.

Jonathan Owens, in awe of his wife’s charm, took to the comment section and left multiple heart-eye emojis gushing over his lady love. The night held a special significance for Biles, as the jubilation marked a unique celebration for her little sister, Adria Biles, and her better half.

The reason for the celebrations

In her Instagram stories, Simone Biles posed with Janae Jefferson, her sister’s beloved girlfriend. The snapshot captured the two women, drinks in hand, beaming with joy, and Biles shared the source of their happiness with followers in an endearing message. She penned in her story, “So many things to celebrate this weekend,” with a heart emoji. She continued writing, “Congrats to my sisters gf on Pan Am GOLD Janae Jefferson. LFG!!!!!!!!!!” Jefferson, an American professional softball player for the Texas Smoke and a valued member of the United States women’s national softball team, has been making waves in her collegiate career. She recently became the second Texas player in history to be selected as a four-time NFCA All-American.

In her first season with the Texas Smoke, Jefferson was named the WPF Player of the Year and earned a spot on the All-WPF Team during the 2023 Women’s Professional Fastpitch season. Her outstanding performance helped lead the Texas Smokes to the WPF playoffs in their inaugural season, culminating in a championship win where she was named the Championship Series MVP. Adria and Janae have never shied away from expressing their love for each other, and the Biles clan, too, has warmly welcomed Jefferson into their lives and family.
