Simone Biles brought her good luck to the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, as she cheered on her husband, Jonathan Owens, as the Packers collided with the Cowboys on January 14, 2024. Despite having Texan blood and most of her family and friends supporting the Dallas Cowboys dressed in a black custom leather jacket that read “Mrs. Owens 34” with rhinestones and green, yellow, black, and white mid-calf boots, Biles pledged her allegiance to the Green Bay Packers.

Throughout the game, only one resounding cheer was heard from the gymnastics queen, and that was “Go Pack Go.” And now, as the Packers proved their mettle by snatching the win against the Cowboys, Mrs. Owens jumped on the playful jostling bandwagon with utmost joy.

The Green Bay Packers defeated the Dallas Cowboys on their home turf in a 48-32 win. On her Instagram stories, Simone Biles was seen at a bar enjoying and celebrating the Packers’ “Victory Monday”. Engaging in playful banter, the drinks arrived at the table with the bartender holding up a special LED sign with a message that humorously conveyed, “Better Luck Next Time, Dallas.”

This playful tease came as Mrs. Owens was the loudest cheerleader for her husband, Jonathan Owens, and the Green Bay Packers. However, her parents and closest friends had different allegiances.

Though Simone Biles, who resides in Houston, Texas, is a true Texan, when her husband, Jonathan Owens, made the switch from the Houston Texans to the Green Bay Packers, naturally her allegiance shifted as well. However, her inner circle had diverse loyalties. Jordan Chiles, Simone Biles’ bestie ahead of the Packers vs. Cowboys game, took to her Instagram story to express her support for the Dallas Cowboys. She wrote, “Deff going to be a fun game!! Cowboys let’s get it!! Game on, @simonebiles,” playfully challenging her friend. Even her gymnastics coach, Cecile Landi, openly bolstered the Dallas Cowboys on social media.
