The post featured football jerseys side by side, one bearing Owens’ name and number “Owens 34” from the Green Bay Packers, and the other belonging to Kamu Grugier-Hill, “Grugier-Hill 54,” a line-backer for the Carolina Panthers. Both jerseys had personal messages from the players to Davis, emphasizing the deep bond between them. The caption of Davis? story read, “Bond runs deeper than ball.. Family 4L” tagging Owens and Grugier-Hill with a fingers crossed emoji and a black heart. Jonathan Owens responded to the post with a simple yet powerful message, writing, “All love, brudda” with a fingers crossed emoji.

The upcoming gymnastics challenge for Simone Biles

The pivotal two-day event will bring together the final team, and those who emerge victorious will earn the coveted opportunity to compete at the Worlds in Antwerp, Belgium. Biles and her fellow gymnasts are aspiring to secure a spot on the U.S. team for the world championships later this month. The Worlds and Pan Am Games Selection Camp is a two-day affair, commencing on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings.

Day 1 kicks off at 6:50 p.m. EST, with gymnasts participating in a minimum of two events. On Day 2, starting at 6:15 p.m. EST, the selection committee will request gymnasts to showcase their skills in at least one event. Shilese Jones, Jade Carey, Jordan Chiles, and Zoe Miller are some of the gymnasts competing alongside Biles for a berth on the World Championships squad.
