Simone Biles blazed the gymnastics floor at the World Championships 2023. Back in Antwerp, after a decade since her debut, she made the ultimate comeback to the global stage after the 2021 Tokyo Olympics. Biles took to TikTok and shared a candid video captioned “A Whole Bunch of Word Vomit bc Nerves.” In the video, she took her fans behind the scenes as she prepared for the championships. She opened up about her major anxiety, saying, “I was so nervous last night and so anxious, and I don’t know why.”

She then told her fans how it was actually normal and meant that she was prepared. The person who helped her realize this was none other than her husband Jonathan Owens. She reached out to him, texting, “Babe, I am feeling so anxious right now.” Despite the physical distance between them and being in different countries, Owens was there for his wife, offering the support she needed. As Biles returned to America after a stellar performance in Antwerp, Jonathan welcomed her in the most heart-warming way.
