Now the Olympic gold medalist and her future husband,?Jonathan Owens, co-parent three fur babies, Lilo, Rambo, and Zeus. Unfortunately, one of the three bulldogs, Zeus, had an issue with his ACL joint.

Recently on his Instagram story, Jonathan Owens has given an update on his four-legged friend.

The NFL payer is helping Zeus recover

Earlier, the Houston Texans’ safety took to Instagram to share an update about Zeus with his 207,000 followers. The NFL player posted a video as his Instagram story. It seems Owens shot the video on his phone while taking a walk with the three fur babies. The NFL safety showed all three dogs in the video, including Zeus, who seemed quite happy to be out in the sun.

Rambo and his sister Lilo accompanied Zeus with enthusiasm. Despite getting surgery for his ACL three weeks ago, Zeus seems to have recovered well. While the French Bulldogs were out in front, Zeus (English Bulldog) walked behind Owens. It seemed Zeus was in the mood to take things easy.?”3 weeks post ACL,”?wrote the future husband of Simone Biles, with a flex emoji. However, the English Bulldog is yet to grow back the fur on his hindside, and legs.

“He got so excited when he saw me pull his leash out, he couldn’t wait,” added Jonathan Owens in his Instagram story. The latest update comes after Simone Biles shared a photo of Zeus sleeping, after his surgery, on her Instagram story. Jonathan Owens is also arguably the best person to be helping his pet recover from his ACL injury.

The future husband of Simone Biles knows all about ACL injuries

In October 2022, Jonathan Owens sat with “Texans Insider and Lead Writer,” Deepi Sidhu. During their conversation, Owens revealed he had torn the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) in his right and left knees. Owens, who was also a track and field athlete, had to step away from long jumping because he tore the ACL in his right knee.

Five years later, the Arizona Cardinals picked up Jonathan Owens after finishing High School. However, the safety tore the ACL in his left keen and couldn’t play. After a long and grueling recovery, Owens signed with the Houston Texans.
