Newly Wed Simone Biles Teases Fans With an Update on House With Jonathan Owens

Simone Biles?and?Jonathan Owens?have been in love with each other since 2020. Just last month, after three years of being together, the couple tied the knot in an intimate ceremony. However, even before their engagement, the couple had taken the first step toward building a life together. And the step was to build a home together first. Since the day Biles got the plot where her new house will soon stand tall, she has been updating her fans about the progress of the house.

Earlier today, she took to her Instagram to share yet another update about her soon-to-be home with her beloved fans.

Simone Biles keeps fans posted about her new home?

On 1st May 2023, newlywed Simone Biles posted a story featuring a piece of land with a little cameo by her husband, Jonathan Owens. It turns out the land was the plot where Biles is building her future home. Though not much, the video shows little progress in the work. Last time, Biles posted an update from the lot clearing day. With all the unnecessary substances removed from the area, the plot is now ready for construction.

As the camera panned to give a glimpse of the entire area, small wooden fences could be seen marking the boundaries. The plot is also covered with tall trees on all sides.?Adding a caption to the Instagram story, Biles wrote,?“Slowly making some sort of progress.”

Just like the wedding, the duo isn’t rushing the construction of their house as well. While the work progresses at its own pace, Biles has briefed her fans since the day it began.

Fans have always been in the loop

Back in January 2022, Biles had first revealed her plans to?build a house with Owens. At the time, she had taken to Instagram to share a story featuring the plot. The gymnast had expressed that though the empty plot looked like nothing, she was proud of it, nonetheless. She had dubbed it her?“soon to be home.”?As time progressed and every time she visited the site, she let her fans know about the new developments.

By the end of that year, in December 2022, Biles had got clearance from the HOA for her house plan. Post that, she got her hands on some samples for her house. Biles even posted pictures of the various elite yet unique flooring designs she had to choose from. As mentioned above, earlier this year she updated her fans when the lot was getting cleared.
