In Fred Richards’ latest post on Instagram, he showcased his behind-the-scenes routine while he was not competing professionally. The post revealed that on his rest days, Fred Richard engages in other sports activities. In his latest off-the-floor routine, he challenged D1 Field Hockey player Zoe Bormet to a game at Stanford. Starting the day with a friendly bet of a hundred dollars to beat her in her expertise, hockey, Frederick Richard, along with his fellow gymnasts Zach Granados, who scored 13.366 at the NCAA team championships, and Eric Hoe, the 2022 High bar National Champion, found themselves facing tough competition as the game progressed.

Adding a touch of humor to the game, the three US Men NCAA Gymnastics champions, realizing their imminent defeat, resorted to their secret plan B, which didn’t quite adhere to the rules. Frederick Richard and his two accomplices circumvented their hockey opponent and cheekily grabbed the hockey stick to score a goal. After their mischievous victory, they claimed their hundred dollars, and the video of their ‘rest day’ ended on a lighthearted note.
