Simone Biles has been feeling the pangs of being the GOAT in her personal life. Owing to her hectic schedule, Biles has found it difficult to find personal time. Tying the knot with NFL star Jonathan Owens in April 2023, the duo has been in a long-distance marriage. One of the major reasons for the same is that both Owens and Biles are busy in their respective professional fields. 

Previously, the Olympic gold medalist has expressed her sadness on the matter, saying, “Long distance isn’t easy.” However, she also ensured that the support for her husband remained intact. Thus, Biles mentioned how she was super proud of the work that Owens was doing at the moment. After all, landing up with a lucrative Chicago Bears deal is no child’s play.

However, despite all the struggles, the love between the duo has always reigned supreme. Both Owens and Biles have always managed to take time out and turn up for each other’s performances. And continuing their love affair, the duo were at it once again. In a recently uploaded story on Instagram, Biles and Owens updated their fans about their latest date night. 

Clad in matching all-black attire, the duo spent some quality time together while having a romantic dinner to celebrate “d8 nite.” Biles clicked a picture of Owens while playfully hiding his eyes with a sticker. The 27-year-old gymnast chose a sticker that read, “For Cupid’s eyes ONLY.” Well, this was just one of their recent romantic outings. The power couple continued their celebrity reception in the Windy City.

In their recent outing, the Chicago Bulls faced off with the Minnesota Timberwolves at the United Center. Gracing the occasion was the duo of Simone Biles and Jonathan Owens. While the match turned out to be a somber outing for the Bulls, Biles received an unexpected present from Benny the Bull. The Bulls’ mascot gave Owens and Biles a couple of jerseys with their names and the number 36 printed on them.

The pair also received several gold pendants and chains to further make the occasion memorable. Putting the snap on Instagram, the Bulls’ official page captioned it, “A GOAT, a Bear, and a Bull.” Well, it seems that finally, Biles has been able to spend her much-desired time with Owens. As her Gold Over America Tour came to an end, the GOAT immediately spoke about family time.

Simone Biles will look to be a family woman for sometime

Simone Biles jumped right into the Gold Over America Tour after competing in the Paris Olympics. However, such a prolonged period of distance from her family seems to have taken a toll. Following the end of her GOAT tour, Biles stated that she wants to, “cherish the moments that we get together… I’m really excited to go home, which will now be Chicago, and just spend time with my husband.”

Surely, Biles’ love and support for Jonathan Owens is unquestioned. In between her busy days, the US gymnastics queen has always traveled to the Bears’ games. In the preseason game against the Cincinnati Bengals, Biles got trolled for donning a Packers jacket to a Bears game. But even then, there was no lack of enthusiasm from Biles. She also witnessed Owens’ regular season debut for the Bears and was elated to see her husband scoring a fabulous touchdown. 

Apart from the onfield gestures, Biles also stood by Owens when fans were criticizing him for addressing himself as the ‘catch’ in their relationship. Thus, the amount of love oozing out of Biles is evident when she says, “As soon as we got married, we’ve been long-distance the whole time, and now I’m doing this tour. So, it’s like, when are we going to see each other?” Well, with time to spare at the moment, Simone Biles and Jonathan Owens will hopefully be able to find solace within each other after a long wait.
