In the latest update from Laurie Hernandez, of the USA’s iconic “Final Five” squad from Rio 2016, she shared an Instagram story that struck a chord with her many fans. Celebrating the recent trend of Spotify Wrapped, she highlighted a vital mental health update. Her story was a re-post from an account called Mental Health America that included three pictures in a carousel post. The first slide read, “You worried about things that will never happen for 42,141 minutes,” conveying the dilemma that often fogs the minds of people who struggle with overthinking.
The second slide read, “Has anyone ever told you that you’re a great listener? But you can ask for help too,” highlighting how people who are often there for others, ready to help, sometimes struggle with their challenges alone. While the third slide read, “You thought, “Did I take my meds today?” for 42,141 minutes,” highlighting the importance of health issues requiring medical attention.
