Jade Carey declares herself a strong contender for upcoming days

In the scheduled Pac-12 Conference Meet on Sunday, Jade Carey claimed the all-around title. Her 39.750 score assailed the Oregon Beavers over the host, Arizona Wildcats, by a margin of 0.225. The Beavers couldn’t thank the Olympic champion much as on X, the program’s handle displayed Jade’s picturesque balance beam movement from the evening. The caption boasted, “Finishing strong… make it a 9.975 beam score for Jade!” Eventually, it was the highest score from the squad on the beam exercise.

Jade Carey unfurled her all-around a few days ago, against UCLA as well. At that time, her score was 39.625. All these scores have meticulously indicated the 2x Pac-12 Gymnast of the Year is advancing to cement herself alongside elites such as Simone Biles and Suni Lee. Both these icons are fairly far from the competitive gymnastics circuit now. So, the timely rise to the occasion might help Jade Carey in her aspiration for the Paris Olympics. But her other comrade in national colors is also keeping the same mindset.

Leanne Wong is present with her GymSlam
Last Friday, Leanne Wong recorded her GymSlam (perfect 10 in each gymnastics routine) against the star-studded LSU Tigers. The NCAA gymnastics match in Gainesville was inclined towards the Baton Rouge team. But the 2x World champion gymnast snatched the victory with an all-around score of 39.875. The eponymous score stemmed to be Wong’s career best and the highest all-around score in the nation this year. Ironically, her coveted GymSlam came through the perfect-10 in the floor exercise, the event that gave Jade Carey an Olympic gold.
