However, recently, the couple found themselves troubled by a minor technical issue for which the gymnast resorted to her fans for a solution.?

Yesterday, Simone Biles took to her Instagram to share a problem that she and Jonathan Owens have been facing for quite some time. Besides talking about the glitch, the gymnast shared some screenshots to explain her point of concern to her followers.

Simone Biles does not know what to do with her phone

In her Instagram story, Biles began asking her followers for help, stating, ?I need your help?. She explained that the notification feature on her and Owens?s phones was silenced, but they made no such changes on their own. She told, ?On my and Jonathan?s phone it says that our notifications are silenced and neither one of us turned them on.? Furthermore, she added how the couple tried to deal with the technical issue.?

Biles shared that they tried fixing the problem through their phone?s ‘setting’ option, but nothing worked out. They also attempted to restart their phone but that was not effective either. After all the possible options they could try, Biles found it right to share the problem with her followers and find a solution through them. So, she stated at the end, “We have tried restarting our phones, so we do not know what to do.?

Nevertheless, the gymnast also added a ?pls help? box to her story, making it easy for her fans to provide a solution to her problem. Moreover, Biles attached a screenshot of the place where it showed ?Hubby has notifications silenced?

This is not the first time Biles was bothered by a technological glitch. Previously, she had expressed her concerns about how modern technologies changed the way people looked.?

Simone Biles did not like new smartphone features

Gymnast Simone Biles has always advocated the idea of accepting oneself just how one is. However, the advancing smartphone technology has provided people a way to modify their appearance on the internet, rejecting their original looks. Criticizing this feature, Biles spoke against it in a Tweet in 2022.?
