Gymnastics GOAT Simone Biles’ short film series ‘Daring Simone Biles’ has been nominated for an NAACP Image Award. The nomination is in the ‘Outstanding Short-Form Series – Reality/Non-Fiction’ category. Biles took to her Instagram handle to share the good news with her fans. Furthermore, the gymnast urged her followers to head to the voting website and cast their votes. Not disappointing that Olympian fans reassured Biles that she has their votes.
Every year, the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, based in the U.S., organizes the NAACP Image awards to honor various artistic creations. These include theater, literature, film, television, and music. Voting lines for the 54th edition of the ceremony are open with the live countdown on the site. Biles’ fans are striving hard to make the gymnast win an award for her short series.
