Simone was a three-year-old baby when the officials terminated her biological mother’s paternal rights. Since then, the Biles siblings were shifted to foster care. Moving from one foster care to another, their lives remained uncertain until Ronald and his wife decided to adopt them formally.
Recalling that time, Simone once said, “I also believe everything happens for a reason, and I’m forever grateful for that because I definitely got a second shot at life.” The decision changed the life of Biles’ siblings for the better.
