Away from Gymnastics, Simone Biles Becomes a Crucial Part of MLB World Series 2022

Who can be a better cheerleader than the gymnast GOAT herself? Simone Biles may be the gymnast maestro, but there’s no questioning her love for baseball. The 25-year-old, much like every American, thoroughly enjoys the baseball season. Like every year, this time too, Simone had marked her presence for the opening of ‘The World Series.’

Looking at the cameras, the Olympian can be seen smiling brightest as she announced the series open for her favorite Houston team. No, no, this time, it’s not the Houston Texans! It’s her other favorite, ‘The Houston Astros.’

A Houston native, Simone is a regular attendee at various sporting events that her hometown organizes. A die-hard sporting fan, the Olympic gold medalist ensures to mark her presence and cheers the loudest. Significantly, Houston is not just Simone’s hometown but also her fiancé’s NFL team. Thus, for the couple, the fun is always double.

As the Houston Astros kick-started their World Series, they had a special person to open the series for them. That person was none other than Houston’s favorite girl, Simone Biles. Announcing the same, the officials earlier today shared a video clip on Twitter with a caption that read, “@Simone_Biles gets the #WorldSeries started.”

Dressed in the team’s jersey with white heels and hair open, the soon-to-be bride looked elegant as ever. Taking the mic, the young gymnast said, “let’s play ball” in her loudest voice ever. As the game started, Simone took to her seat in the audience.

Sharing moments from the game, the excited fan shared several stories about the game over her Snapchat profile. While many stories shared tidbits from the stadium, one of the shared stories also featured her and Jonathan Owens. The duo seemed to be thoroughly enjoying their game.

Back in April, Simone played another significant role for Houston Astros. It was considerable since it was the first day of the MLB season for the Houston Astros. Biles made a spectacular entrance to start things off. She posted images of renowned Minute Maid Park on her Instagram story.

Notably, she also shared a video of herself saying, “play ball” to start the game. She mentioned her team’s support and how much she loved that sport.
