She took pride and said with a laugh, “Knowing that I gave Simone a bit of work is cool, right?” However, in her interview with Olympics.com, she even said to the reporter on her retirement, “Doing the all-around, to me, it demands a lot from my body, my lower limbs, legs, knees,” indicating her physical health is the major reason why she thought of stepping back. She added that she does not yet know the future, and God might have another plan for her. She continued, “What if something comes up in my head [or] my body gets better? I don’t know.” So, there is still a question mark on her retirement.
