Following Sparks With NASCAR Star, Olivia Dunne?s Take on Another Cross-Sport Proposal Goes Viral

New Jersey native Olivia Dunne secured some big brand collaborations this year. Currently, the richest NCAA female athlete and the first collegiate SI swimsuit model, she also made it to Forbes. Between juggling her newfound limelight, and gymnastics, she also elevated her social media presence. However, back in June people began taking an interest in her love life, and rumors of her dating NASCAR star Chase Elliot hit the headlines.

The speculations faded when the gymnast was paired with her fellow LSU athlete and MLB No. 1 draft Paul Skenes. Just like Olivia aka Livvy, Skenes boasted a staggering $9.2 million bonus by the Pirates. Now dating, a similar incident took place where she got asked to pick a guy from another sport. Former US Gymnastics Team member Livvy is widely known to be America’s crush. Having amassed 14M followers across social media, she often uses these platforms to express herself. While Skenes officially confirmed their relationship in August, Olivia continues to post fun, teasing, cryptic TikTok videos hinting at her fangirling over her man. This time was no different, Dunne posted a TikTok video with men’s ice hockey elite Danny Bdzoch.

In the video collage, Dunne replied on seeing Bdzoch’s slow ice action shoot video with the caption, “I like baseball.” While undeniably, she too was amused by the close-up and zoom-out of the player. While Danny simply had fun with another fellow geared-up man in the video sequence. The light-hearted fun collab ended with her saying,?“sorry,” acting all coy. She captioned the post, “duet @hockey rizz tho,” with HES BACKKKK by notbaconnn playing in the background.

In a similar case, Chase Elliot and Livvy’s fans were elated to know about the possibility of the youngsters being together. It all came together when Olivia made her NASCAR debut at the Ally 400 race on June 25th. At the time NASCAR’s Instagram team understood their assignment and posted a picture of the two casually posing on the track.

The two sure looked adorable together but alas the hype was overtaken by her now boyfriend. Over the months, the pair have only found ways to show love for one another by spending time in Louisiana after Skenes’ career halt.

Again having started with a rumor after Livvy wore Skenes jersey at the College World Series in June. However, it was the baseball player who first shed some light on how they connected through mutual friends on the LSU campus. Paul calls it a “small-world type of thing,” since his best friend was dating Dunne’s roommate Elena Arenas, which is how they met.
