Simone Biles is the most decorated gymnast the world has ever seen. Adria Biles, Simone’s younger sister, was her closest companion during her trying moments. Their biological mother developed drug and alcohol addiction while they were both young, forcing them to live in foster care. The sisters stood by each other despite having challenging, intermittent arguments but stuck with each other.

Recently, as her little sister appeared on the reality show, she revealed Simone’s best advice she has received. 

Simone Biles’ advice for Adria 

During the reality show ‘Claim to Fame,’ Adria was questioned, “What’s the best piece of advice your sister has given you?” While little Biles responded with, “Have fun with everything you do!” The two sisters acted as each other’s support systems during the rough time. Adria also justified Simone’s decision to skip the 2020 Tokyo Olympics due to mental health difficulties. Simone’s teaching had a significant effect on her little sister. 

After this, she was also asked, “What was it like being in the competition and knowing everyone knew who your celebrity relative was?” In reply, “Being in the competition and making it as far as I did despite everyone knowing who I was related to was almost comical! I definitely surprised myself!”

Both siblings’ lives now include media coverage and interviews showing their bonding. Simone’s favorite sibling is Adria Biles, who went on a reality show, Claim to Fame. Their similar appearances have drawn much attention, but Adria is slightly taller than her elder sister.

I just felt like I need to look out for her because if family doesn’t look out for you, who is going to?” One can say that having a big sister like Simone Biles is nothing short of a blessing.
