Simone Biles is back to take the gymnastics global stage by storm. From clinching victory at the 2023 US Core Hydration Classic to lifting her eighth All-Around title at the 2023 Xfinity Gymnastics Championships, Biles has covered it all. Interestingly, on 19th September, she once again made many heads turn her way by scoring a perfect All Around score of 55.700 at the 2023 US Gymnastics World Championships Selection Camp.
However, her ticket to the World Artistic Gymnastics Championships also came with a fair share of struggles. At the 2023 Worlds and Pan Am Games Selection Camp in Katy, Texas, Biles faced a heart-breaking fall on uneven bars and on vault.
In the first rotation, she found herself trailing sixth behind her teammates. However, being the legend she is, she quickly picked up her pace from the second rotation and managed to tip the scale in her favor. She commanded the score with an AA of 55.700 and grabbed her ticket to Antwerp. Now that Biles has touched down in the host city, she has shared her thoughts on her return right from the center of the upcoming showdown.
