Here, “Miss Rachel” refers to a popular YouTube channel, with 9.76 million subscribers, known for its educational content for babies, led by a teacher. This suggests that instead of watching that educational video, Ronni Biles chose to wear a leotard gifted by Simone Biles’ coach, Cecile Landi.
