Ever since arriving on the Stanford Cardinal scene in the 2021-22 season, American gymnast Khoi Young has promised to turn out to be one of the best. Be it the college gymnastics or the national team, the young sensation has established his presence in international gymnastics. The 2023 Pan American Games marked one of his best moments after winning the Gold in the Pommel horse. The best was Young leading the U. S Men’s National to a medal at the 2023 World Artistic Gymnastic Championship. As the Stanford Cardinal witnessed the gymnastics heroics from Stanford University, Young again emerged as one of the star performers in their latest victory. And gymnastic enthusiasts had nothing but heartwarming praise for the 21-year-old.

Khoi Young leaves fans awestruck with a mesmerizing routine

In Stanford men’s gymnastics latest victory against California on 27th January, fans were left heavily impressed with Khoi Young’s remarkable talent, who posted a score of 84.850. Posting a video of his parallel bars routine, a fan wrote, “Man, @khoi.young is so smooth kn parallel bars..and every other event too.” He, undoubtedly, is very soothing to the eyes. Young returned the love by reposting his fan’s story on his Instagram handle.

The 21-year-old took time for his fans after the routines and took selfies with them. A joyous fan wrote, “Pretty cool when you get to meet a 3x World medalist”. But as Young reposted it on his Instagram story, his reply was even more heartwarming. “Love you guys“, a humble gymnastics champion replied. Young nonetheless deserves the praise, even more after he broke the USA’s World medal curse last year.

2023 World Artistic Gymnastics star performer

Khoi Young emerged as one of the star performers at last year’s World Artistic Gymnastics Championships. He secured two silver medals, pommel horse and vault in the individual events. Despite a setback, he cruized to the Pommel Horse podium with a sensational 14.966 points, while Vault saw him earn an average score of 14.849. He didn’t stop there and went on to play a crucial role in the U.S. men’s bronze victory.

Since 2014, the U.S. hadn’t secured a gymnastics podium finish at the World Championships. That is until Young arrived to end the drought with a phenomenal display of talent. He was the main character behind America’s bronze triumph and, as evident, has established himself as a major force in current times.
