Does Jonathan Owens' support make Simone Biles an even greater athlete? What do you think?

Simone Biles might be 5,023.95 miles away from her husband Jonathan Owens in Paris, but she didn’t let that stop her from showering her biggest cheerleader with birthday love! On July 22nd, the Olympic superstar gymnast took to Instagram to share a swoon-worthy five-post carousel of a couple’s photoshoot with her NFL hunk. The pictures scream “head over heels in love,” and honestly, we’re here for it.

In the shoot, Simone looked chic in a beige waistcoat buttoned dress with chunky block heels, while Jonathan looked casual and fresh in an all-white shorts and shirt combo with beige sneakers. One picture was a close-up of them holding hands, showing their intricate diamond jewelry and trinkets, including their wedding rings, Biles’ $300,000 engagement ring, her diamond wedding band, and a stunning chain bracelet.

Simone Biles kicked off the lovefest with a heartfelt caption: “Happy happy birthday to my husband, best friend, confidant and party goer ❤️ thanks for being the calm to my storm! i love you with all my heart and I can’t wait to see what this year brings!
let’s do it big baby💋😘✨ Wish I was there to celebrate you, but I’ll see you soon!!! XO @jowens.”

Touched by her sweet words, Jonathan Owens replied in the comment section, writing, “I love you so much baby 🤞🏽 Can’t wait to celebrate with you ❤️” While Chicago Bears safety Jonathan Owens is back home in Houston, Simone Biles, and the Team USA gymnastics squad have finally settled into the Olympic and Paralympic Village spread across Saint-Denis, Saint Ouen, and L’Île-Saint-Denis.

From Jordan Chiles to Suni Lee, the women were absolutely in awe of their new residence for the next three weeks. In a series of behind-the-scenes peeks from their first day, the Team USA gymnastics women even struck a pose in their leotards, kicking off their adventure. Later, Simone Biles shared a picture of the team rocking their Polo Ralph Lauren uniforms. But that’s not all! The most decorated gymnast gave fans a sneak peek into her room at the Olympic Village, showing off her bed with a cozy USA blanket and an adorable goat plushie by her pillow.

Later, she even posed in front of her Nike mirror in a dressing room with her name on it. The women wrapped up their first day with a team dinner, and Simone ended the eventful day by sharing a picture with her roommate, Jade Carey. In a matter of days, Jonathan Owens is also set to join his Olympian wife in Paris, as promised!
