Jordan Chiles is bouncing back into her gymnastics groove after a rollercoaster of a legal saga. After CAS’ (Court of Arbitration for Sports) decision to change the result of the women’s floor exercise final at the Paris Olympics, the gymnast came to the verge of facing a complicated mental state. Ultimately, she had to give up on her Olympic bronze medal, and with the reinstating of scores, Romanian gymnast Ana Barbosu became the new third ranker. However, Jordan has now decided to shake things off. She looks forward to heading into the much-awaited gymnastics pomp, Gold Over America tour.
On August 27, the 23-year-old Oregon native shared an IG story with the final reminder, “Yall better tap in!!!” The reason is that the second installment of Gold Over America is already on the cards (starting on September 16 in Oceanside, California). So, before the ticket availability is over, it can be the optimum time for the fans to book the tickets. Her shared story already shows an important update on this.
In the snap Jordan Chiles posted, the stock of tickets for two dates is showing to be ‘sold out’ whereas for the October 6 event, the tickets are being sold fast. Therefore, fans should move fast now to grab their tickets for watching Jordan Chiles and co. on the floor for the first time after the Paris Olympics. And in this pop concert-themed spectacle, she won’t be alone on the stage.

After 2021, the Gold Over America tour is set to bridge the gap between fans and their favorite gymnasts like never before. Simone Biles, the mastermind behind this spectacle, has promised to deliver “twice the excitement” compared to the last event. The lineup is stacked with gymnasts who shone at the Paris Olympics, though Suni Lee will be missing from this edition.
While the women’s gymnastics squad from Paris will grace the stage, they’ll have to rock it without Suni Lee this time around. However, the fun won’t be lacking, with the men’s gymnastics team (minus Stephen Necorodscik) joining the party. The tour will also feature stars like Katelyn Ohashi, Melanie Johanna De Jesus Dos Santos, Peng-Peng Lee, and Casimir Schmidt. Unfortunately, Shilese Jones won’t be on stage due to injury, but the mix of individual brilliance and championship stories promises an unforgettable experience.
Fans will also get a rare chance to see Simone Biles share her journey to becoming the most decorated American gymnast and offer advice to aspiring athletes. Plus, it’ll be a chance to see Simone and Jordan Chiles together after their Paris Olympics fiasco! How has Simone Biles been there for her “bestie” Jordan Chiles during this challenging time?

After claiming her qualification for the Paris Olympics, Jordan Chiles openly acknowledged Simone Biles’ help in making her the athlete she is now. “I’m very proud of her. She is somebody that I’m always going to look up to no matter what it is in life-whether it’s gymnastics or just life in general,” she stated, mustering all her emotions. It was evident that Simone would come forward when Jordan had to face the unexpected turns of events regarding her loss of the Olympic bronze medal.
Furthermore, the UCLA gymnast’s suffering increased because of the backlash she faced just after the revised score. She had to move herself away from social media to get mental relief. However, her ‘big sister’ Simone Biles appeared on the scene with her magic wand to alleviate her pain.
In her interview with People, the reigning Olympic all-around champion Simone Biles said, “We’ve been FaceTiming, texting, just being girls.” She further revealed, “I did talk to her on one of the days, and I was like, “You know what, Jordan, you have to feel all these feels. Don’t let these emotions stop you. This will be the healthiest way to get all of this out.”
Jordan Chiles has undoubtedly found motivation in Simone Biles’ support, as she gears up for an exciting new chapter. With the Gold Over America tour on the horizon and her upcoming NCAA gymnastics stint with UCLA, Jordan is poised to embrace the changes ahead. After weeks of heartbreak and laying low following the medal controversy, she’s ready to dive back into the spotlight. What are your thoughts on Jordan’s journey and her plans for the future?
