Great Britain’s Jessica Gadirova is currently on a halt in her career, owing to her ACL injury. However, she is not ready to dampen her spirits given that the Holiday spirit is in the air. While she is a resident at the IRU, she is ready to make the dive into the Christmas season.

After an anterior cruciate knee ligament tear, an injury that Jessica suffered a few days back, she is facing an uphill battle to be fit for the upcoming event 2024  Paris Olympics. During a warm-up at the World Artistic Gymnastics Championships, a month ago, the 19-year-old gymnast Jessica got injured and is currently focused on healing at rehab. However, she is making time to adjust to the Holiday season amidst her recovery routine.

After undergoing a painful injury, gymnast Jessica Gadirova has been amping up herself to make a perfect comeback in upcoming events. However, facing consistent setbacks due to her ACL injury, 19-year-old Rising Gymnast has been keeping herself motivated by recalling the propitious moments of her gymnastic career.

After posting nostalgic throwback pictures that showcase the complexity of her sinews with sensational perfection, Jessica shared a beautiful glimpse of Christmas décor on her Instagram handle. Her recent Instagram post’s caption reads ’’ Loving the Christmas Decorations today !’’

Gadirova posted this picture from the Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit (IRU) located at Bisham Abbey National Sports Center. Her Recent Instagram posts are enough to reveal the ultimate healing therapy of the gymnast’s epitome. Also, Jessica’s post shows the excitement of the upcoming festival.

Amidst recovering from the brutal injury, Gadirova shared an update on the phenomenal progress of her healing. Previously, Gadirova posted a video that featured conditioning training to improve the mobility and stability of the injured gymnasts. With intense sessions, she is preparing herself to face the ongoing battle.

In a recent interview, World Floor Champion Jessica claimed, “At this point, I don’t know for sure how long, but I’ll be doing everything I can with the support of those around me to return to the sport I love as soon as I can.” She is resiliently focused on making her strong comeback down the line.
