On the first day of the world qualifier, Olympic gold medalist Jade Carey ranked thirteenth in the all-around. Although she faced setbacks on the final day, recent updates have given her hope to continue her journey to the 2024 Paris Olympics.

Carey initially gained recognition as a vault specialist during Simone Biles’ absence from the Tokyo Games. Moving to Day 2, which focused on select events, she executed a perfect Cheng in the vault instead of the much-anticipated floor routine. It earned her an impressive score of 14.800. In her final performance on the balance beam, she garnered a score of 13.400.
