Wong’s forte lies in her captivating floor exercise routines, scoring her a bronze medal at the 2021 World Championships. Her technique & finesse have secured her a spot in America’s national team every year since 2017, gathering a massive fan following.

In a recent update on October 4th, the official “USAGym” account shared a sneak peek of the women participants donning new Leo in a captivating black-and-white photo. The post hinted at the excitement building up for the Women?s Team Finals at the World Championships. The lineup was captioned as, “VT –> Jones, Roberson, Biles; UB –> Blakely, Biles, Jones; BB –> Wong, Jones, Biles; FX –> Roberson, Jones, Biles.”

However, fans were unhappy with the lineup. They stormed the comment section, expressing their feelings.

Fans left in fumes; demand justice for ‘crime’ against Leanne Wong

Instagram users expressed heartfelt outrage, demanding justice for Leanne Wong. The post garnered significant engagement, with fans questioning FIG authorities for sidelining Wong from the floor exercise. Emotions ran high as comments labeled the decision a “crime,” expressing disappointment in placing Roberson over Wong on FX.
