Gymnast Simone Biles rose to fame in the year 2016 after Rio Olympics. From time to time, she has proclaimed the close members who support her, including her fiance, family, and childhood best friend, Rachel Moore. Rachel has been with Simone during difficult times, whether it be criticism or lousy performance. 

25-year-old Simone Biles giving pregnancy advice

Simone and Rachel once hopped on social media to have some chit-chat with fans. Soon the whole thing converted into a ‘Question and Answer’ session. Next, Simone and Rachael started a conversation about health-related advice. But a comment saying ‘you can’t relax your hair during pregnancy’ caught Biles’ attention. 

What caught everyone’s attention in the video was the pregnancy advice Biles gave to Rachel. Biles was once mistaken as a child on a flight this year. 

Seeing that Simone pointed it out to Rachel, “You can’t relax your hair when you are pregnant; think about that one day.” Rachel humorously said, “Okay, well then, I’ll stop, but I’m not pregnant; I’m 24. I’m not engaged and not married.” Simone added, “Hey, 24-year-olds get pregnant.”

What could be the biggest blessing for two best friends who grew up together and engaged around the same time? In February, Simone’s fiance sat on his knee and proposed to her a ring for the wedding. After a few months, Biles witnessed her best friend’s engagement. Filled with happiness, Biles welcomed Rachel into the fiance club with open-wide hands. She even posted Instagram stories jumping here and there screaming, “OMG.”

Simone probably has the busiest schedule after her Olympics appearance, with her wedding coming up in a few months. But, on the other hand, Simone’s fans eagerly wait to see her in the wedding gown walking down the aisle.
