Simone Biles has the gymnastics world in a frenzy. Ever since the Olympic Twitter page announced her return to competitive sports in June, fans and peers have been on their toes to watch their favorite athlete on their screens again. Set to compete at the 2023 U.S. Classic in August, Biles had a humble response to the incredible support, “I?m overwhelmed with all of your messages, support & love”.

Taking a little moment to celebrate her best friend’s momentous occasion, Biles was seen upping her gymnastics skills up a notch at childhood friend Kayla Simone’s wedding day. Kayla Simone is a celebrity interior designer in Texas who got hitched to the NFL star Ira Brandon at a luxurious event in Texas, last month.

On June 27, Kayla Simone married Ira Brandon for the second time in North Houston, Texas. The gorgeous couple looked adorable as they said “I do” in front of their loved ones. Simone Biles, who was seen wearing a stunning black bridesmaid dress, was also present to celebrate the couple. On Saturday, the Olympic gymnast posted pictures from the wedding with the caption, “The one where your best friend gets married. So much love to my favorite couple.”

In the pictures, Biles was seen smiling with the bride in an adorable picture, while in the second photo, the athlete and all the other bridesmaids were captured with Kayla Simone at the altar. However, the picture that grabbed everyone’s attention was the last one. In it, Biles was seen showing off her gymnastic skills as she back flipped in her bridesmaid dress while everyone at the party cheered and recorded the athlete’s move.

Biles also posted stories of her and Jonathan Owens enjoying the wedding. Apart from that, the athlete also gave the fans a glimpse behind the scenes of this dreamy wedding, as she posted pictures of the bridesmaid party. While many fans adored the athlete?s posts and stories for her best friend’s wedding, the backflip move dominated the comments section.
