Stefanie Millinger is a gymnast from Austria who fancies extreme sporting activities. Such are the extremities involved in her work, that people sometimes can’t handle it anymore. Like most recently, when she balanced herself on the topmost edge of a cliff with a circular wheel-shaped ring. After she posted it on her Instagram page, fans had a look at it and were losing their minds over the risk involved in such stunts.

Millinger has many laurels to her name, including 10 World Record titles, 9 of which she broke between 2020 to 2022 alone. An extreme athlete by profession, Millinger also warned her followers not to try out her stunt by themselves, since she was a professional and an expert. Some of her fans were almost fainting by looking at her stunt, let alone trying.

In a recent Instagram post, Stefanie Millinger wrote, “Full Send” with a fire emoji alongside it. Underneath, she also wrote, “Do not try this. I am a professional athlete”, with cross signs bracketing the statement. She attached a clip of her stunt alongside it, which when seen, makes it perfectly clear why it can be a bad idea for a non-professional to try it.

Wearing red pants and a black top, Stefanie Milllinger climbed up the stiff edge of a cliff, upon which she laid her wheel-like item. She then balanced herself with her hands on that circular item, while her entire body was floating in the air. She stayed in that inverted position for a few seconds before getting down. That was enough to give several of her fans on Instagram, the scare of their lives.

A very appropriate audio message was attached to the video. It said, “People who say it cannot be done, should not interrupt those who are doing it”. Millinger also thanked Christian Heigl, who took the video, which also showed the stunning landscape beyond the daring stunt in front. Fans couldn’t believe their eyes on seeing this.

Fans are more concerned about Millinger than herself

Here’s how some of the fans reacted:

“Nerves of steel? Or no nerves at all?” wrote a fan who simply couldn’t believe how human nerves can allow someone to take such high risks.

“Fifty more grey hairs just from having seen this”, wrote another person who joked about getting old just by fear of watching her do it.

“The way I stopped breathing the entire time” wrote a fan who was concerned about Millinger even while watching the video. Such was the risk involved.

“Oh My God Stefanie we love you so much, but this act is too too dangerous. Please don’t use the wheel. It’s a request”, wrote a die-hard fan of Millinger who was concerned about her well-being.

“Great but please don’t do it again. This could really go wrong here.. Until you need security”, wrote another fan extremely concerned about Stefanie Millinger’s safety going forward.

Stefanie Millinger’s training goes up to 9-10 hours per day and she maintains it regularly to form her core strength. Just like rock climbing legend Alex Honnold, achievements mean more for Millinger than fame. The longest time balancing on the hands (59 minutes 6 seconds) and the longest duration of hula-hooping in the abdominal plank position among females (4 minutes and 26 seconds) are just two of her many records that have been acknowledged by the Guinness Book of World Records. Her plan is to continue performing more daring and risky acts in the future.
