A 16,000 square feet estate is reported to be sold in Simpsonville. With six rooms, two ponds outside, and other luxurious facilities, the asking price is a whopping $22 million. The Castellani family is eagerly waiting for the deal, which will make it the most expensive house in South Carolina. However, there is another perk. The estate comes with an equestrian farm, which takes care of six horses that are included in the sales price. And a kangaroo with them, named Irwin

The founder of an American medical chain North American Rescue, Bob Castellani lives in the house with his wife Kelly. Their residence, the Circle Creek Farm is located at 2975 Roper Mountain Road, Simpsonville. It’s a 54 acres house that the real estate agents describe as, “the definition of a trophy property. This is like buying a Warhol, a Picasso, a Chagall. It is a true masterpiece.”
In fact, as reported by Island Packet, if they get the asking price, it will be the most pricey house in the whole of South Carolina. The 16 acres wide Vanderhorst Plantation in Kiawah Island holds the top place now. Notably, it amounted to a splurging $20.5 million in 2021. However, the Circle Creek Farm is likely to eclipse that soon. The sale of this farm is being handled by Damian Hall of Damian Hall Group, which is affiliated with Blackstream Christie’s International Real Estate.
However, getting more into the grandeur, it has six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a home theater, a pub-style bar, a gym, four powder rooms, and a wine room. In fact, most of the rooms have 25 feet tall ceilings to give the vibe of a mansion. The owner bought the land in 2010 with $3 million and disbursed over $17 million to build this English manor-style house.
