Anna Buffini, the well-known dressage champion, has captivated audiences with her equestrian prowess. Despite her meteoric success at the age of 30, Buffini’s journey to becoming a distinguished equestrian icon has been marked by challenges. And, this includes the absence of a guide on the pathway. However, this changed considerably after she began to train with Guenter Seidel, an Olympic medalist for the United States.

After having the successful kickoff to the 2024 Season, US Grand Prix rider Buffini is now grateful to her trainer. Earning constant triumph has made her indebted to her trainer. Out of gratitude, she penned a heartwarming note on her Instagram account.

After receiving admiration for the debut of her mare, Fiontini, at the international level in the Grand Prix and securing a second spot, Anna Buffini’s latest post caught the eyes of her fans. Hailing from a triumphant athletic family, Anna shared multiple pictures with her trainer and penned an impressive note. The post caption reads “8 years ago today, my life changed forever when I started training with @guenterhseidel. There truly would be no me, without him and I am forever grateful for all the knowledge he’s given me! 🤍”

Anna Buffini has mastered her horse riding under the guidance of Olympic medalist Guenter Seidel. In 2016, Guenter Seidel started giving her a comprehension of horse riding. Since then, Anna Buffini has been achieving new milestones in her career. Previously, when the equestrian icon clinched the coveted ticket to the World Cup Final in Omaha, Anna Buffini also credited her success to Guenter Seidel.

Riding to success with Seidel

“He’s the reason I ride how I ride and I am who I am. He changed my life and I wouldn’t be here without him. He has so much wisdom to share and I try to take that into the arena,” Anna Buffini added previouslyIn 2023, Buffini and her horse FRH Davinia la Douce came in second place in two events, i.e., Grand Prix and Freestyle CDI-W at Desert Dressage IV. Then, they went to the East Coast and went on to secure victory in the next two events, Grand Prix and Freestyle CDI-W at the Palm Beach Dressage Derby. It did not end there.

After that, Buffini, with her horse, secured the sixth position in Omaha at the Freestyle of the FEI Dressage World Cup Final. Later on, they also ended up winning two additional events at the Spring Benefit CDI, which included Grand Prix and Grand Prix Special CDI3*. Anna Buffini’s impressive performances in 2023 established her phenomenal expertise in dressage, a fair share of the credit of which goes to her trainer.
