Regardless of being overshadowed by her father’s legacy, she continues to carve out her own, winning medal after medal each year.
Jessica has won some big events over the years including an Olympic Silver medal. Though she gives her best in all of the events, there are always some victories that remain closer to one’s heart. In a recent Instagram update, Jessica Springsteen revealed one of her best memories at the Equita.

Jessica Springsteen started her equestrian journey at the age of five. She went on to prove her talent in several competitions, the Olympics being the biggest. After winning the Equitation Classic Final in 2008, the 31-year-old has won several trophies in her illustrious career including the American Gold Cup, and $5000,000 Rolex Grand Prix.

In a recent interview with Devoucoux USA & Canada, Jessica reflected on her recent performances, particularly at Equita, Lyon. Jessica recalled one of her memorable moments at the venue. “My best memory here is probably when I was second in the World Cup here. I don’t even remember what year that was. Probably four years ago, maybe with my mare Zecile. And she jumped unbelievable. And it was so exciting.“, she recalled.
Jessica also spoke about several things. The American show jumper explained her daily routine, admitting that she spends the majority of the time at the stable. While Jessica is currently preparing for her next event in Verona, she is excited for the Paris Olympics next year.

Jessica excited for the Paris Olympics
Daughter of legendary actor Bruce Springsteen, Jessica has carved out a different legacy for herself in show jumping. Although she nearly missed gold in the 2020 Olympics, she has been exceptional in other competitions. Now, as America has qualified for the 2024 Paris Olympics, Jessica expressed her excitement for the event.

After a brilliant display of show jumping at Equita, Jessica will now participate in the World Cup in Verona. Being the biggest competition, Jessica has expressed aspirations to partake in the event next year. “I hope so. That’s always been the goal”, the 31-year-old added. Equestrian enthusiasts all over the world will be hoping for a stellar performance from Jessica at the 2024 Paris Olympics.
