Jennifer Gates, an equestrian, and a medicine practitioner has often presented herself to be an avid reader. From Michelle Obama and Anna Wintour to Amy Odell, numerous celebrated authors have framed the 27-year-old’s library and given a glimpse into her social media. Now a year into embracing motherhood, it seems that Jenn is looking forward to incorporating the same values into her little one.

Krupa Playforth, a pediatrician, recently released her new book, ‘Eyes, nose, belly, toes: My First Human Body Book’. The volume helps toddlers get a run-through of the major body parts with simple language and vibrant artwork. Owing to the aspects, Jennifer Gates, an aspiring pediatrician herself, expressed how well-thought-out the process had been, essential to the demography.
“A brilliantly illustrated introduction to the human body that is both educational and engaging, blending fun facts with interactive elements that make it an invaluable and entertaining resource for developing young minds,” the equestrian writes. “I can’t wait to read it again with Leila,” Jenn further adds. It appears that Leila is going to be well-versed in the human body very soon!

While the 27-year-old lends her efforts, Leila has proven to be equally housing. In one of the earlier posts, the little one can be seen invested in the book being read by her grandpa, Bill Gates. “Leila is a reading scholar,” one spectator had remarked. Today with continued interest, she might as well embrace her mother’s passion for books and the space they offer.
A solace in chaos for the equestrian
Jennifer Gates has often been defined by the many roles she juggles as an equestrian, a medicine student, and a mother. Amidst the chaos of it all, the 27-year-old reveals the books to have been an escape. “Reading has been a form of self care for me as long as I can remember. Escaping into stories, focusing on the pages somehow quells my anxious mind,” she wrote previously. And her Instagram highlights stand as a testament.
