That equestrian properties are some of the costliest areas in real estate is a known fact. Some even sell for as high as a multi-million dollar asset, such as the one sold by 74-year-old African-American billionaire woman Sheila Johnson and her firm for $21.68 million to a certain Michael Hall from Jacksonville. That was in Grand Prix Village, Florida. Now, another high-end, luxurious equestrian estate in Connecticut has hit the market for $15 million.

The pricing entered the top 5 most expensive estates of all time outside of lower Fairfield County. The property was listed at that 8-digit price by Sotheby’s International Realty. It has entered the top 36 priciest equestrian properties in America.
