The grandest of them all is the one named Xanadu 2.0 located in Medina, Washington. Today priced at $131 million, the mansion took over 7 years to build and racks up an annual property tax of more than a million dollars.

Following in their footsteps, their eldest child Jennifer Gates has stepped into her own dream home. Overall, the last couple of years have been eventful for Jennifer Gates—from finding the love of her life in Olympic equestrian Nayel Nassar to tying the knot with him in 2021, and soon after embracing motherhood. After a “pregnancy hiatus,” Jenn returned to the racecourse herself, all the while pursuing her 4th-year medical degree. Jenn is now moving to a new property that she bought recently in New York’s Tribeca showbiz neighborhood.

Bill Gates’ daughter moves to New York City

As reported by Yahoo Finance, Jenn has bought an 8,900-square-foot penthouse. The property has a value of around $51 million and contains six bedrooms, six bathrooms, and two powder rooms. It has a 34,00-square-foot open space and comes with a plunge pool. The property was owned by the popular Formula One racer Lewis Hamilton, and she bought the place through a Seattle-based trust.

The building is located at 443 Greenwich Street, and the property is also famous for its ‘Paparazzi-Proof’ basement garage. This is because 443 Greenwich Street is famous for being home to big Hollywood names like Meg Ryan, Jake Gyllenhaal, Justin Timberlake, and one of Hollywood’s most attractive couples, Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds.

The place is often surrounded by ‘Paps’ for obvious reasons and is one of the most talked about locations in New York City. This property is simply a residential paradise with all those luxurious amenities.

A residential bliss

The building spans three levels, features luxuries like multiple private elevators, and is the largest residence with 53 apartments. It comes with its own personal elevator bank and has two of the 15 parking spaces available in the building. It has pine beams, a chef’s kitchen, and a gas fireplace. The indoor pool is spread over 17 feet, and it also has a gym and a kids’ play area where Leila, Jennifer Gates and Nayel Nassar’s daughter, can grow up. Though an official statement has yet to come from Jenn or Bill Gates, the place looks perfect for the 27-year-old’s next step in life.

With all those luxuries and celebrity neighbors, the paparazzi would surely be ready to capture Jenn with her cute daughter Leila and husband Nayel Nassar.
