Leila Nassar is the first grandchild of Microsoft founder Bill Gates and his ex-wife, Melinda French Gates. Jenn, a soon-to-be pediatrician, talked about coming to terms with the “ambiguity” of being a new working mother and leaving her daughter, Leila. She admitted, “I have so much respect for parents now, I had no idea what I was getting myself into.”

Jenn updated on Instagram on March 15, 2024, that she had been accepted into the National Resident Matching Program, which offers the initial springboard for aspiring doctors, along with a photo of herself wearing a black dress.
