The equestrian took to her Instagram story to share a prominent life lesson about the importance of taking a break from the day-to-day hustle. Sharing the American author and University of Pennsylvania professor, Adam Grant’s post to her story, Jenn penned, “learning this lesson all over again”.
Interestingly, in his post, Grant conceded, “A busy life is not a symbol of status. It’s a symptom of trying to do too much for too many people”. He continued, “A full calendar brings a surplus of stress and a shortage of energy. Reflecting and relaxing should be top priorities”. More so, per the author, unscheduled time does not go wasted.
