Frankie Dettori is a legendary jockey with over 287 Grade 1 victories in his career. As Dettori bid farewell to horse racing, he soon went on to explore different challenges in the Australian TV show I’m a Celebrity. He made a late entry alongside Tony Bellew and became an instant fan favorite.

However, his stay at the show came short after becoming the first celebrity to be evicted. Earlier in an interview, Dettori expressed feelings stemming from homesickness. Now, the 52-year-old has sent fans into a frenzy with his latest social media update.

After an early exit from I’m a Celebrity, Frankie Dettori revealed in an interview that he missed his family and a special homemade dish. Now, the British Flat Racing Champion is enjoying the exact same luxuries of life. After posting a picture of his meal, he shared an adorable photo of himself and his wife. The everlasting, loving couple could be seen chilling in a cozy pool.

Prior to that, the legend posted a picture of a delicious meal of Dal Chawal. “Finally, a proper meal”, he wrote after being left with sour taste buds in the jungle. In an interview with I’m a Celebrity earlier, Dettori expressed his desire to have a ‘substantial’ meal after leaving the show, and so did he. As he enjoyed the pleasures of being home, fans were left in awe, calling him the ‘real winner’.

Fans hail the ‘real winner’

Fans were quick to congratulate Dettori for catering to his homesickness. Sharing his happiness seeing this, a fan commented, “What a Beautiful Capture…Happy U can rest for a while”. Another fan called his early exit from the TV show a bonus. “When being the first out of the jungle actually means that you’re the real winner”, he wrote.

Well deserved champ”, a fan highlighting the need for a break for the jockey wrote. “Lovely pic, enjoy your deserved break”, complimented another fan after Dettori produced several entertaining performances on the show. After arriving as a 14-year-old in Britain, the Italian reigned the tracks for more than 30 years, and deservedly, receives all the love now. He indeed is a living legend, having etched his name in the annals of racing history.
