Months after Second Wedding, Lance Armstrong ‘Can’t Wait’ for Special Moment on an Important Day

Happily married to Anna Hansen in August 2022, cycling legend Lance Armstrong is over the moon. Supporting each other for more than 10 years, the couple has shared their joys and sorrows, making their bond stronger. Recently, Armstrong celebrated his wife’s contribution to his life on her special day.

The retired

cycling athlete shared a heartwarming Instagram post on his wife’s birthday on 24th May 2023. This post was a reflection of how Hansen had an important place in his life. Giving stability to Armstrong’s kids Grace, Isabella, Luke, Max, and Olivia, she became an inseparable part of Armstrong’s life. Expressing his fondness for his wife, Armstrong hinted at his enthusiasm for an exciting event with his wife.

On his Instagram retired cyclist shared a picture of him with his wife and wrote,

“Happy birthday @annahansenarmstrong.” He added, “I love you babe, and can’t wait for our lunch date.” 

With this, Armstrong also displayed adorable pictures with his wife. Dressed in a black T-shirt and grey pants, the couple posed against a background of trees and mountains. Tremendously happy, the couple were all smiles, enjoying themselves in a beautiful location.

The couple met in 2008 during Armstrong’s charity initiatives and began dating. In 2009, Anna gave birth to Armstrong’s son, Max, and in 2010, she birthed Olivia. Their relationship remained strong despite the fact that the United States Anti-Doping Agency found him

guilty of doping in 2012.

Ten years later, on 9th August 2022, Armstrong got married to Anna and their children were also a part of this wedding in France.

The retired cyclist penned an emotional message,

“Best.Day.Ever”, on Instagram, exhilarated to start a new beginning with his wife Anna Hansen. Further, he shared, “I am so proud of the couple we have become- It took us doing the work, the really hard work, and I am glad that we did.”
