Notably, he rode Reba McEntire’s The Hammer, earning an impressive 90 points in Game 4 on Day 2, a performance that contributed to the Carolina Cowboys’ victory over the Austin Gamblers. This achievement secured his qualification for the upcoming PBR World Finals in the dazzling city of Las Vegas. Las Vegas is very important for bull riders. It is the home of the PBR World Finals, which is the culmination of the PBR season and the most prestigious bull riding event in the world.

The World Finals is held at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas every year, and it features the top 35 riders in the world competing for the championship title and a million-dollar prize.

Recently Sage Kimzey shared a post on Instagram where he effortlessly tamed a professional bull, making it appear as though he was savouring every moment of the ride.  And captioning it as,” I have Vegas on my mind…The Carolina boys are coming.”

From the post, it’s clearly visible, that Kimzey is gearing up for the much-anticipated 2023 PBR World Finals, set to unfold in Las Vegas, Nevada from November 8 to 13, 2023. His remarkable consistency throughout the PBR Team Series this season has placed him in the sixth position in the individual points standings. He is the only bull rider to have clinched both the PRCA and PBR world championships in the same year, a remarkable feat he accomplished in 2017.
