After training his brother-in-law Chris Bumstead in his previous bodybuilding championships, trainer and bodybuilder Iain Valliere is ready to take the shots himself this time. 32-year-old Valliere is leaving no stone unturned while preparing for the most eye-popping physique for Mr.Olympia 2022. Fans are in awe of his impeccable body conditioning, which has amassed immense love on social media.

The first time Valliere participated in Mr. Olympia was in 2018 wherein he ranked 14th. Moreover, in 2020 and 2021, he secured the seventh position. Valliere, who will appear for the fourth time on Mr. Olympia, is focusing on himself this time.

Iain Valliere receives appreciation for his preparation

The 2021 Arnold Classic runner-up has been sweating out in the gym building a competition-worthy physique. The trainer and bodybuilder keep sharing moments from his training sessions and pictures of his hulk-like body on social media. In his recent Instagram post, Iain shared a picture of his pumped and chiseled thighs. The rock-solid “Nutty” looking quads received massive appreciation from fans. Check it out: 

Valliere shared the image with a caption that read:

“No filters, Just fat free and some elevator lighting.
Depletion done, now time to start filling er’ up.”

Firstly, many caught the attention of the wonderful conditioning of his thighs. IFBB Professional Bodybuilder Greg Doucette described them as “nutty”. He wrote, “Nutty conditioning. Already looking super dry.” Another fan also commented on the same saying, “About to put on a conditioning clinic for them! LFG!”

Fans were also attracted to the unbelievably striated muscles on his thighs. They appreciated his effort by commenting;  

“Striations are striated”

“I don’t think many people really understand the significance of these photos having 0 editing or filters.”

Meanwhile, others predicted that Valliere’s unstoppable conditioning would surely place him in the top 5. They showered the comment box with their predictions;
