Jay Cutler consecutively won his first two Mr.Olympia titles in 2006 and 2007. After a year’s gap, he again regained the title in 2009 and 2010. Currently, Cutler is more engrossed in growing his business. However, he likes to stay connected to his roots and give out insightful bodybuilding tips.
An insight into Jay Cutler’s most preferred arms exercises
Jay Cutler is famous for his pumped-up quadriceps and the quad-stomp poses. His God-like physique was the topic of discussion during competitions. With years of experience, Jay Cutler’s knowledge of building a competition-worthy body cannot be underestimated. In a YouTube video on his channel, Cutler mentioned workouts that help in building insane arms, “How to build the most insane arms?”
Jay began to explain, “My top three movements for biceps would be Hammer Curl which is a little turned-in alternate dumbbell curl and lastly the barbell curl but for triceps which is the larger muscle of the arm, I would say dips are really really beneficial. Rope Press Downs which I get a great contraction out of and lastly the french overhead press is really solid to build the most INSANE ARMS.”
According to Jay, he would train his arms once per week. Although he preferred exercising each muscle group on separate days, he liked training his biceps and triceps together on the same day. Moreover, his arms measured 21′.
