Nicknamed “The Pro Creator”, Hany Rambod is famous for building competition-winning bodies for bodybuilders. From Hadi Choopan to Chris Bumstead, Hany’s bodybuilders have won several Mr.Olympia titles. The 45-year-old trains his bodybuilders with great determination and always works on the scope of improvement. Recently, he collaborated with bodybuilder Noel Dyzel, teaching him challenging shoulder workouts on Friday.

Constructing champion-winning physiques for almost 20 years, Rambod has gathered great knowledge in bodybuilding. His iconic FST-7 system is nothing less than a wonder for bodybuilders. In his training video with Dyzel, Hany threw light upon his shoulder training process.
Hany Rambod shares important shoulder training workout
On Friday, Hany Rambod coached bodybuilder Noel Dyzel in an enlightening shoulder workout session. The trainer guided Dyzel through various sets of exercises. The workout focused on performing small intervals of rest along with modifying the pressure of weights through different sets of exercises.

At first, Hany Rambod made Dyzel perform the famous Arsenal shoulder press. After making him do 10 to 15 reps, he planned on doing his famous FST – 7 set on dumbbells followed by reverse drop sets. Moreover, he made Dyzel perform exercises to strengthen his core. While making the bodybuilder exercise with the dumbbells, he advised him to raise his shoulders a little higher than usual. Rambod paid special attention to keeping his core tight and chest up. He stated that if Dyzel followed his advice, his delts would soon become stronger, bigger and more dense, striated and harder.
Amidst training, Dyzel asked Rambod about the number of meals one should have before a workout. The Pro Creator answered that ideally, bodybuilders should have a total of three meals before working out. However, many big guys, who require more food, must consume four to five meals before hitting the gym.
